There are two ways to find your previous purchases on Steam:
Method 1: Using the Steam Client
- Launch the Steam application on your computer.
- Click on your username located in the top right corner of the Steam window.
- A dropdown menu will appear. Select “Account Details” from the list.
- In the “Account Details” page, under the “Store & Purchase History” section, click on “View purchase history.”
This will display a list of all your Steam transactions, including game purchases, in-game item purchases, and Marketplace transactions. The list will be ordered by date, with your most recent purchases at the top.
For each purchase, you’ll see details like:
- Date of purchase
- Item name(s)
- Type of purchase (Game, DLC, In-App Purchase, etc.)
- Total price
- Wallet balance used (if applicable)
Method 2: Using the Steam Website
- Go to the Steam website: https://store.steampowered.com/
- Hover your mouse over your username located in the top right corner of the webpage.
- A dropdown menu will appear. Select “Account Details” from the list.
- Log in to your Steam account if prompted.
- Under the “Store & Purchase History” section, click on “View purchase history.”
This will take you to the same purchase history page you would see in the Steam client, displaying all your past Steam transactions.
Additional Tips:
- You can use the search bar at the top of the purchase history page to search for specific purchases by name or date.
- You can also filter your purchase history by category (Games, Software, In-App Purchases, etc.) using the filter options on the left side of the page.
- Clicking on a specific purchase in your history might provide more details about the purchase, including a receipt and download links (if applicable).
